Former wedding cake designer and cupcake enthusiast, Tricia Fages is the owner and creative force behind Tricia Rae Baking Company. After owning and operating a dessert company specializing in wedding confections, Tricia fell in love with the smallest of desserts – French Macarons!
Fascinated with their unique texture, delicious fillings, and beautiful presentation, Tricia shared her love for these cookies by creating and teaching a “Macaron 101” course at her local culinary supply store.
